HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

Select quantity of tests

Tell us how many kits you need to be shipped and complete the checkout.

STEP 2

Receive your test kits

Kits will arrive and include a link and code to complete the testing process including uploading insurance information, medical questionnaire, and a Telehealth visit.

STEP 3

Telemedicine visit with provider

Have your medical encounter with the medical provider and proceed to collect the sample.

STEP 4

Ship the tests back to us

Return via the prepaid return label or by visiting one of our two Houston location drop offs.

STEP 5

Get your results

Results will be provided via email

$25 administrative and shipping fee in addition to providing insurance. We do offer a rebate for those who drop off their kits by our Houston locations and fill out this FORM
Your insurance will be billed by Gene By Gene (lab) for the test in addition to Gold Diagnostics Corp (Physician review) for the medical review and telehealth encounter. .

We use nasal mid-turbinate swabs which only need to be inserted about an inch into each nostril.
